TUBITAK has expertise on primary and secondary measurement system of DC resistance, AC voltage ratio, AC resistance, and capacitance and inductance units. In this project, TUBITAK will design state-of-the-art pico-ampere and femto-ampere DC current sources. TUBITAK will use its capabilities in electronics, software, temperature controlling and DC current and capacitance measurements for the application of a ramp voltage to the temperature-controlled capacitors without affecting the loss factor of capacitors. This technique was previously used in EMRP JRP SIB53 AIM QuTe.
